We do not use your test data or proprietary content to train our AI models for other customers.

We employ a multi-tenant architecture with database-per-tenant isolation, ensuring your data is physically separated from other organizations. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance. All credentials and sensitive information are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and maintain data residency options for organizations that require data to remain within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and email delivery), but only under strict contractual obligations to protect your data.
